Shouldn't you put your vinyl side-by-side instead of stacked? I once made the mistake of storing my vinyl in stacks and ended up with a bunch of warped, unusable records.

gravity is constantly pulling/pushing the records down so when they are stacked on top of each other they bend. You have one vinyl with many other vinyls on top and one vinyl cannot support the other vinyls mass so the circumfrence will bend. when they are sitting on their sides the vinyl material can support its own weight w/o bending.

To expand on that, when you stack 'em, the center/sticker part is thicker, so when you stack a lot of 'em, the middle is thicker than the edges, so the edges tend to end up lower than the middle (AKA Warped). The higher the stack, the worse it gets.

It's a good quality mixer, haven't got any problems with the faders or killswitches. I bought the denon because i wanted the excellent send/return feature and didn't have the cash for the rane.
I wouldn't call it a battle mixer though (mad fader decay). i wish i could mod it in some way

same result as 12" or 10" records. Center is thicker, sides will droop/warp. It may take longer and not be as noticable, but it mos def will still happen. Milkcrates are easy to find,

yeah, the fx in/out is great. i use a kaoss pad 2 as main fx. sometimes
the mc is bringing along a guitar footswitch delay and we hook it to the
mic fx channel.
one thing i don´t like is that there is only on dry/wet knob for both channels.
the many pre-listening modes are also a good feature.
i might be not a very good turntablist but i am fine with crossfader
decay set to about 3 o´clock.
