OS 2.1 doesnt work for me?????

i used to have os 1.03 worked allright
then i installed os 1.07 worked allright
now i install os 2.10 and it says, complete, and now i have a blanco screen
i'm bout to cry now... how is this **** possible???

i followed the steps though....
