Project Files

Does anyone use or create or use project files. what's the purpose.

I read the the manual not tryin to sound like anewb nut I have never use this file type.

this is what the file turns into when you save all, it becomes a project and loads up all the settings, pgms, and seqs you made.

a project file keeps everything together. so when you load up a project file, it loads the seq(s) and pgm(s) with all samples... all in one folder. you won't have to load every pgm you have in that seq.

you see, let this be an example of how to reply to someone that needs help. We all need help one time or another.

I don't ever mean any illwill.

I'm an old mpc 2000 user, so I'm familiar with MPC interfaces(Eventhough the 1k has small differences)

I tend to only use it the way I know but OS 2.01 has forced me to look at other features.

I'm not a big loop sampler, I'm more of a keyboard player and use the MPC 1000 for drums.

I don't try to be a smart ass either. I just ask the question I need answered and ask the questions I feel that need to be asked.
