weird ish when recording and in step edit

yo!

i loaded 2.10 on the mpc tonight and tried sequencing some stuff...i loaded an old drum program i made, and started to make a drum beat.

in the program i had a kick on pad 1 and a tom on pad 2

it sounded good when i was sequencing but when it started to play back the tom was playing instead of the kick!!!

when i went into step edit i tried to change the a02 notes to a01, but it wouldn't let me!!!

anyone else experiencing this weird shit?!

this isn't an os 2 problem, this is midi confliction

go into note and get rid of any note w/ stars

or take your pgm into bluebox and hit "make notes chromatic"
