ways of transferrin files from mpc 2000xl to PC

what method(s) do ya'll use to get beats imported into the pc from the 2000xl?

Record MPC output thru soundcards ins?
saving file to zip disk, and load files thru zip drive in comp?
use a scsi cable? (MAY BE THE METHOD I'LL HAVE/CHOOSE TO USE)

if i left out anything, let me know.

is the the right cable taht i'll need to purchase? for conencting scsi from mpc to motherboard?

when I transfer samples from mpc to pc (or pc to mpc) I use a zip disk(internal zip drive in my mpc and an external connected to my pc). when I want a whole beat on my pc though, I just record it straight into the souncards audio ins.
As far as I know there is no way to connect a mpc and pc via scsi.....I always thought how ill this would be!
