works fine for me. make sure your midi track is selected and not muted.

remus u have to select either the start markers or end then lay ur finger on the after button on the qlink then move the slider while still keeping ur finger on the after button , its so sick

not that i mean when you have drum program 2.01 doesnt let me use tap tempo while using my keyboard not thatits a big issue i'm just trying to learn all the bugs in it and i think thats one

ya in 1.07 note repeat workd with the keys on my korg micro but in os2 it doesnt work for me

Mode + Pad6 then F6 (Edit), then data wheel. Or you can read the manual Chapter 11.

yep, i did...still nothing

but it could be my footswitch, thats why i ask...

love the new OS, all i really wanted was to be able to move notes quickly and they did it right. ALso love the new note repeat features. BUt when a slice a stereo sample the chop regions come out as mono , is it suppose to do this or what cuz i still want my regions in stereo???

I did a test yesterday and the glitch didn't appear when i applied the instructions. It was a 'normal' short loop.
Are you sure you're not just getting a 0.01 sec loop? With the old glitch you'd get a crunchy quality to the sample. Now it just goes: BRRRRRRRR

dude seriously dont sleep on the pitch shift. it makes everything super dirty. i sounds a bit like jessiahs glitch but not exact. i prefer the sound of the pitch shift becuase it sounds way more crisp

Yeah i checked that, definitely some dirt-potential in those shift and stretch algorithms.
Still, i think it's time i get my sp1200 out for some ...crunch...
Btw, anyone know when EMU is gonna update that OS? I'm still running 1.2

i got you fam. as i mentioned in another post, this is until the newness of the new os has dwindled down some. just like in the 2500 thread when it was first started. after some time when we learn work arounds or a solution is given to the most troublesome of the problems, we will let it go back to the way this section used to be.

we just need to keep control of all the issues with the new os.
