Not necessary (they are more expansive, if you even find one).

tru.. I saw couple of Gemini's with balanced outs but they are kind of expensive.

i think that noises and stuff can not damage your MPC but definetly your speakers

They ins are balanced but using unbalanced cables work fine in normal situations.

Unbalanced cables or outputs on the mixer will work fine, but using balanced outs AND a balanced cable will yield 6dB hotter input to the MPC and superior RFI rejection. However, it will be more $!

do all of you get like a "ssssssss...." noise when you are in REC MODE and turn the REC gain and Volume knobs all the way at -6dB, not sampling or anything , just having the window on and everything disconnected from the recording input?

It maybe is a stupid question but I thought that the MPC should not have any hiss sound when in rec mode. no matter what the REC GAIN level is.
Just checking because my Mpc is secondhand and i am curious if the previous owner messed something up.

Don't worry man, that's normal. Pretty much any sampler or recording setup (even high-end studio DAWs) is gonna have some hiss like that if you crank the gain way up. I heard that on the MPC, if you do it while you are holding down pad16, you can hear the ocean...
