You can use 64 programs with or without the memory expansion. However, you will have limited sample time for these programs without the extra memory.

Do you mean 64 samples or whole programs?

Right now it will only let me load one program. It says insufficient memory if i try to laod new samples or other programs.

I should have said up to 64 programs. If these programs have samples that that exceed your actual memory..than you won't be able to load 64 programs.

if u have any memory from a pentium computer (simm chips) you should be able to use that. I dissected a dinosaur (old computer) and now i have 96 mb of ram :D in my Triton!

Might be better if you just get the exm-128. I have one. It actually looks more like SODIMM (Typically found in laptops) and not a SIMM.
