MY soundcard question!

i did search first... buuut jus wondering if anyone can tell me, in the simplist terms cuz it aint for me - do you NEED a soundcard if you running logic express? (on one of the new mac lappy's)... is it advisable, necessary or are you a damn fool for even thinking bout working without one??

and if so, any suggestions??

Macs are known for having good audio converters, so your stock system might be fine as is. Of course, it never hurts to upgrade, so it might be a wise idea to look into soundcards made for laptops. I use an Echo Indigo, I dunno if thats compatible with Macs, or your model, but its worth looking into.
