does the mpc1000 have backlight/slantable screen?

if it doesnt, must be hell on the eyes.

It has backlight, but no slant screen, which is fine for me actually. Its kind of easy the way I have it, I look down at the keyboard, so why not just have the MPC there as well. Peace.
