set FX1 to bit grunger, set FX2 to bit grunger, set "To FX2" to yes
play any sound now, and it'll only be in the left channel....

weird....

I havent got around to using the bit grunger with the new OS yet, so I'll have to try this since I use it on FX1 at full depth and FX2 at half depth to give some samples a nice overdriven/distorted sound.

I just fired up my MPC and set the bit grunger for FX1 and FX2 (with the FX1 To FX2 as described) using every possible depth on both with no problems at all. Is it possible that maybe some of your samples were panned to the left... or do you have a short in one of your cables?

no doubt. i like the way the bit grunger distorts samples. it has a different texture than other distortion units & plugins (even though it wasnt implemented to be a distortion effect), and still keeps samples punchy.

btw, good to see that it's working again for you.
