Is the 1000 still unable to load 2000 pgms?

Just wanted to check to see if maybe the new OS might have changed this.

The MPC1000 has always been able to load MPC2000 programs. It's the Snd files it did not like.

Read the info on the update. Here or at the official site. I cannot think of a good reason for me to read it for you.

I know that with the new update the 1000 can accept .snd files, but I had "read" on here that it couldn't load 2000 XL .pgm's. Additionally, I don't need you to read a DAMN thing for me.

When I said that it couldn't load 2000 XL .pgm's, I misstated myself.

This is what I had issue with:

"Using 2000XL programs will keep most pad parameters, but filter settings, Mode, and Voice Overlap are lost "

I really feel that if you're going to come off like that towards me, then don't just don't reply. Like you said, it's something that I could have read on my own and, believe you me, I would have found out somehow, either by searching it out, or some other helpful individual replying to my post.
