Wipe entire internal memory...i've searched honest!!

Ok, i've just put an update on my mpc from mpcpro.com and now it's gone wierd. i need to wipe the whole damn thing n start fresh....i've tried loading project but it's not working

any ideas

just use this. did you get your update from akai's website?

Not yet.....my mac doesn't recognise the link you gave me..very strange?
