make sure your samples are 44k / 16 bit... otherwise your mpc won't play them and you'll get the file not found / ?samplename thing.

bluebox works great for me, i hope the new version comes out soon.

do NOT say that, bluebox has saved me hours and hours of labor. you just dont' know how to use it.

make sure the pgm file is in the same folder as all your samples. then you won't have the problem. also, make sure your samples are 8 charactors or less, maybe not just 8 but make sure it's not like an extended filename.

got me?

and here - i don't give this out much anymore but here's a huge wealth of pgms

you have to create a new blank folder. then go into bluebox and start creating your program. when you're done, goto file > save all and point it to the new blank folder you created.

that saves all the samples and the pgm file. then you drag that folder to the mpc. as long as there are no midi conflicts it works EVERY time.

you can do this in bluebox by holding the ctrl key when you click on the pad

learn to use a program before you down talk it. te two things that you complained about, you can do, all you had to do was ask or READ the instructions that is in the HELP menu of bluebox.
