Ok, i just spent all my cash on on 2500, which i dont regret at all(This machine kicks ass!), and im saving to implement a Roland JV2080 in to the works. But in the mean while, doesn anyone know of any good synthesizer type programs that woould interface well with the 2500?

Nothing quite like Reaktor 5, as long as you have the processing power.

reaktor's good, but reason's great too - easier learning curve, TONS of sounds, and once you get good at synthesis, nothing beats Maelstrom for bass... i use reason and a 1k, 1k for samples and drums, reason for interpolation and bass. with reason i don't feel like i'd ever need an external sound module.
