Which MPC!?! - MPC 4000 vs. MPC 2500

Hey, I'm trying to decide which MPC I should get. It's between the 2500 and 4000. I am a Hip-Hop producer. I plan to import viynl to Pro Tools, create my chops and send them to the MPC. Then "seqence some sequences" and track into Pro Tools for mixing and mastering. Which do you think I should buy? The one thing that worries me about the 2500 is the 100,000 note capacity will this be enough for a hip-hop producer? USB and Hard Drive are mandatory for my purposes.
