Will a M-Box Be enough to transfer beats to computer using 8 out from the mpc.

No. The MBox only has 2 analog inputs and a s/pdif input.

Yes, if you want to use the s/pdif input on the MBox.

If you have the ibm208p (8 outs) installed on your mpc then you now have the spdif outs on it, you can track your beat and send it to your computer via the spdif out on the mpc to the spdif in on the mbox, but you wont be able to send 8 tracks at once just L/R via spdif connection. There is a card that lets you send 8 tracks analog to your computer. The A/D & D/A are pretty good on it but these are your options
