if you want to layer 2 pads with diff. filters I think that u must assign the same sound to another pad and replay it, the other way would be to resample whatever pad with the effect and filter settings then layer than in the program screen on whichever pad u like

the swing and timing correct still exists, just highlight ur tempo and then hit window, then choose edit at the left on the bottom where it says T.C. thats what u need, be sure to change it to whatever track u want the swing on

in the trim screen I think default is note off now, I'm not sure how to get that to play like a one shot

I hope I was clear

the timing shift is in the seq edit mode so hit mode then pad 13 and the timing shift is in there. I hope with a new os the timing shift will go back in the timing correct window .

Found where the timeshift was ....awsome....its weird that its in sequence edit ........ this whole layering is odd balls .....u should be able to make one pad trigger other pads....I mean the 60 ,2000,3000 and xl can do so....i dont get it I wanna hear my kick drum with the layered drum on another pad when I m tuning and filtering so I will get the right mix.. hitting both pads at onces isnt as accuarate as when I could layer 2 or more pads together......hopfully the os update will FIX this

if anyone has found out to layer a pad with out playing it over or using grid edit to copy ...let me know it would help out SOOOOOOOO MUCH

ok thanks
