Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

Hi, I've been looking around on the Internet for some memory sticks so I can upgrade my MPC2KXL to the full 32mb but I can't seem to find any memory with specs defined in the manual. Does anyone know a site with memory sticks that are definitely compatible with the XL?

Also, when I finally get the memory, should I just install them myself?

Thanks.
