problem with MPC1000

Hello everybody.
can you help me, because I have problem with my PCM1000. The LCD writes this message to me:
Pass1 : failed(880004ec)
The problem was found in memory.
Please check the memory......

what is the exact memory make and model? how long have you had it? and when did you try to put it in?

I have got MPC1000 since 1 month only. And I didn't use it till now. The LCD shows this message
Pass1: failed(88000460)
