And how can you stop a certain part of a track and bring it in when you wan't it to come in.you can not (in a sense) record the mute and solos and to do the second thing you wanted, change the sample from note on to one shot (that's if you're talking about playing a sample from the beginning and then drop it then pick it back up from the beginning)
