What piece of Roland gear is the closest competition to the MPC1000 in features and flexibility?

prolly the new groovebox thing just came out- also the mv-8000 too. both r sick. but dont really compare though. hell yeah yur from north fl too huh? cool as sh!!!!!t.

they dont compare. I've used roland products before I used Akai and roland products have alot of stuff to work around. The MPC is straight to the point.
