I was thinking about getting one of those turntables that play at 78 rpm, to use even less sample space.
however, will the -120 steps of detuning in the sound edit window in the 60 be enough to bring back the original pitch (or lower, whatever) ?
Maybe the tuning function (in program editing) can be used over that. Anyone ever tried this ?
also, I've seen some cheap turntables that play at 78, like gemini...
but also those portable ones. Do these sound good enough for sampling ?
