Use mfx 1 for track 1
mfx 2 for track 2
mfx 3 for track 3

Why not jus track out all sounds individually into like Cool Edit, Pro Tools, ect and apply effects to each track such as your snare, kick, or whatever?

What You need:
Record Software
Sound Card

Take the outs of your mpc and fantom to the ins on your sound card. Record to the software and edit.

Its real simple but if you are still confused or need help then let me know.
