SAMPLING / RECORDING MIXES WITH THE GEMINI PS-02 USB???

I was wondering if anyboday who records thier mixes or samples has this mixer & what they're opinions are on it?

The fact that it has usb ports makes me wonna buy it but are thier any minuses i should be considering here?

I never liked or trusted Gemini gear. But hey, that's just me....
