question about midi dump......please help

ok, so ive spoken to akai and roland tech departments, and looked in the manual (page 183), and now im lost.......
i use the 2kxl & the roland juno d. the juno only has 8 programmable preformances(no expandable memory) so im tryin to dump all the info into the mpc so i can save and then recall at my leisure. as far as the keyboard goes, ive figured out how to dump into the mpc (i think).
i was hoping somebody in a good mood would be willing to explain what i need to do now, as far as synchronizing the dump.

Basically you connect the midi out of your juno to the midi in of your mpc. press record and play on the mpc to start recording a MIDI track.
Now you start the midi dump on the juno, the midi data that gets dumped by the juno now get recorded as midi data on the MPC.
Once the midi dump is finished you can press the stop key on the MPC to stop recording. Now save the sequence an call it junodump or whatever.
Next time you want to use the settings on the juno just connect a midi out of the mpc to the midi in of the Juno and load the junodump sequence in your mpc. Make sure the output defined on the track that contains the midi dump data is the same as the one that you got connected to your Juno's midi in. Now press play to play back the sequence to send back the midi dump to the Juno and thus install the settings back on the Juno.
