When recording audio to your pc, you may have some memory problems especially if your computer is a bit old (i got a Duron 650 with 496 Mo and i've spent days trying to resolve memory problems...). It depends on the soft you're using, but for cubase i know tha you've got to try different settings in the audio options. It's a question of memory per canal, and hard disk buffer size: with a high value, the disk will record without to many problems, but the cpu will work hard! And vice versa... you've got to be patient! LOL[/color]
