In a future OS, probably. New models, they will almost certainly have the same kind of problems in the first months. That's what it's like with high-tech equipment.
I kinda wondered hearing that the 2500 obviously has some of the EXACT same problems that had already been solved on the 1000... e.g. the unstable sequencer when triggering a lot of notes at once. Kinda embarassing that a 32 voice polyphonic sampler can't handle 32 notes at once...but anyway, shows that it is real hard to get a new piece of technology working right, and from what you hear they are having a busy time at Akai at the moment sorting out all the bugs that popped out
