question about dj mixer. pic enclosed.

im wonderin if i buy a rane or vestex mixer can i use a channel in my gemini (pictured) for the new mixer with 2 1200's?
i tried it a long time ago with a mixer from radio shack and it didnt work, but i used to poke alot of smot so i prolly did something wrong.
any help would be appreciated.

i think that is what i needed to know. instead of buying a mackie mixer, i was hoping to be able to use my gemini as my main mixer with a rane/vestax with 2 tt's going into line/phono 1.
