I have the SG01k module that I rarely use and dont even have a manual to. its pretty basic but still has potential. since i got my motif board i just dont really use my module much any more.

Is that the GM or the Vintage synths module bud?

Yes the Motif will take it's place like the XR did for me.

Sparq bud how do you get on with the Fantom XR's sampler? I like it but it drives me mad having to load all samples if I wanted to mess around with a couple of pre-made tracks.

Have you found a work around for that issue? Would be interested to hear if you have mate.

Thought I'd add a pic of my very simple setup.. The only thing you can't really see in this pic is my Firebox, which I use as my interface in the Powerbook. I've got a few other pieces of equipment that I don't really use very often now.

that's not me. i don't have a fantom.

sparq, how's that motif es-8 treating you? you need that plg150-dx card. check your pm. i just saw a nice dx7 for $300 the other day.

I just saw a nice dx7 for $300 the other day.

That's what I paid for mine a few years back. Came with a couple of roms also. Don't drop the DX7 on your foot though. Things a tank
