Hey anyone in contact with tic toc? i'm tryin to get my money back.

I bought an mpc3000 off him on ebay, he apparantly "sold" the mpc3000 locally after selling it to me on ebay.

He did not tell me he sold it, and i overnighted him a money order. and now I'm out of my money. He said he'd send it back, but he doesn't respond to phone calls, in fact he had a friend i bet trying to say his number was a wrong number. (i called the same number he called from). even if he send i still lose $20 overnighting the money. which is ****.

I see him posting on here all the time, and he's not responding to emails and various voice mails.

this is childish behaviour.

I just really want to get this settled before taking other actions... cuz those won't be very good.

if anyone can please get in contact with him and tell him to respond to my messages.

i know your worried about your cash, but double posting aint gonna do much... i know its hard but BE PATIENT... i really hope that youve emailed, PM'ed, phoned him etc, try to handle this chit in private, and be patient... it aint the wisest thing to do airing out someones business in the forums like this, especially whne you tryin to get yor cash back...

Im in a similar situation with him. I bought what was supposed to be the FMX008M Flash Rom from him...

Turned out to be the adapter that the Flash Rom connects to.. Said he had no idea what the Flash Rom looked like, and he must have gotten ripped off when he bought it. Yeah aight... me was born yesterday goo goo, gaa gaa

He offered me the effects expansion to make up for his mistake, but after reading your post I dont want to deal with gear from him again.. I dont know what his deal is, but he needs to man up.. I dont believe in coincidence..., do you?

Vox--simple mistake, I offered you either a refund or an EB16 card. I admit 100% fault, its your choice which you would prefer.

3001-Your money is on its way. Lets not forget the fact that you agreed to an auction that says clearly payment must be received in 48 hours, and you sent the money 9 days later. by that time it was sold locally.

i would posted earlier but i just saw this.....tittoc left his 60 at my house for nearly a week. we were strangers to each other... only met on the forums and he let me borrow his 60..that doesnt sound like a con/scammer type move..thanks again tictoc, you got me hooked on this 12 bit monster..

I still don' feel he's a sound guy. he did back out of an ebay auction. 2ce, and he tried insulting me after he did this. even insults me as i'm asking for a tracking # and he doesn't reply. he might be an alright guy as a person. but i think for business he's a bit too immature.

cept since he bid on a $1100 mpc, and mine was sold for $1050, i think something was wrong with it, and maybe he knew this , and just felt bad and didn't really want to sell me a **** up mpc, couldn't think of a reaosn somone would sell a perfect working mpc for 1050 n then bid on a $1100 one... so he actually mighta wanted right some but couldn't admit he was trying to sell a **** up mpc...

oh well, hopefully my money will be here today, as i overnighted the mo to him, and it'd be proper if it was overnighted back...
