I use a yamaha dx100 and a banshee talkbox. It gives the perfect "Roger/Zapp" sound.

i was messin around with mine although id like to use it more often cuz im a fan of vocoder..i use the vocoder on my micro-korg wich isnt a bad one... i hae a track i used for the beat and intro u can check out at www.soundclick.com/waxmastawes its called "that kid FT. Dynasty.. one of my boy's spits over the beat.

Teddy on the 1st Blackstreet album used the Digitech Vocalist which acts like the talkbox but u don't need to have a tube stuck down your throat. The Digitech is alot easier to use and runs via midi..............All you need is a SM58 Mic and away u go.

The Talkbox is a diffe'rent issue altogether. You need to practice that shit. I picked up a Golden Throat off ebay 4 80.00. or try the Jim Dunlop Talkbox
