And while we're at it---I've been doing business for several years without issues, so please dont attempt to pass judgement on me or my business. You have got to be one of the most worthless customers I have ever dealt with. You dont read auction instructions, dont follow auction instructions, and somehow think you have the right to badger people to make them back down. You call that business? I call that annoying.

As for backing out of an auction---the auction had clearly stated rules which you chose to not follow and then even wrote me an email saying "oops I guess I forgot to read that part". So...YOU backed out of the auction, you disregarded the instructions and terms of sale, and therefore YOU voided the terms of sale. In such a case, it was sold locally by my friend (unbeknownst to me) and as such I am refunding your money. But since youve been operating on your own terms, I am operating on my own and therefore sending your money when I'm damn good and ready.

Again, I'm not a thief, and I'm only ducking your calls and emails because there are so many of them. Its like an ex-girlfriend that won't let go, calling and emailing every few minutes.

How many more testimonials do you need from people I've done business with? I also bought a sampler from incurablebeatlust, ask him how that went. I sold a s950 to spectre, ask him. I bought records from DOVESKI, and a mpc60 from kutdown, ask them. I sold a bunch of gear to defectedmynd. I sold a sampler to epidemikk, I sold a 60 to Djfein. These are all members of this board, ask them how it went.

i overnighted it on thursday night 4 business days after the auction ended. I told u in the email immediately after that i would have to transfer money from one account to another this ttypicalyl tapes 3-4 business days.

you agreed to this. had you not agreed on this and reposted the auction i would've covered your auction's fees.

I was thrown off by the fact that you don't accept paypal but with your buy it now it says "paypal required" which usually means immediate paypap payment...

so when will ub e getting out the money? on wednsday u said you were gunna try and get it out last thursday. I had not heard from you since then since i posted this...

you overnighted it of your own accord. You dropped it off at the post office on a Thursday, but after the cutoff time for overnighting. So it was picked up Friday (day 6) and overnighted. However, since you didnt pay for Saturday delivery (day 7) and they dont deliver on Sunday (day 8 ), it was received by me on Monday (day 9).

To be honest, I assumed the auction was cancelled, and then magically a money order shows up in the mail.

I cashed the money order and then head over to my shared studio, and find out my partner (the owner of the MPC) has already sold it, because he was tired of waiting.

I called ebay, and then got in contact with you. Incidentally, you should avoid MPCs if it takes you two days to get your yahoo messenger working. Too technical for you, apparently.

I have a 60+ hour a week job, no car, and have had walking pneumonia for almost two weeks. You'll have to pardon me if I havent been able to rush my ass to the post office to get a refund back to an idiot who wasted my time, my auction fees, and cant read auction rules, nor work a simple internet messaging program.

I emailed u a few times, including on thursday from ebay to tell u the money was being shipped, and to keep u updated with the proggress. so the cancelled element is bs.

express mail should've been delivered on saturday. they deliver express mail on saturday *and* sunday at no extra cost.

if u were able to cash the money order the day you got it how come u haven't been able to send it back within the week you've had it? this makes no sense. , if this was within your 2 week pneumonia battle...
