Played Notes (Different feedback)

OS: v2.10

Okay im a new user but I know about the mpc so dont play me like im stupid. I've upload my kist now on track 1 I play my kick and snare. But when it played back its a shake but I wasnt the shake. A whole totally different note was played. Whats wrong here? Did I do something wrong in bluebox?

Does anyone know?

yeah - open up bluebox and hit "make pads chromatic" in the edit menu

your problem is conflicting midi notes.

So do I have to erase the program do it again and do what you said? Now how do I do that excatly? "make pads chromatic"?

Goto program mode

hit the function key under "NOTE" tab

check for duplicate numbers... watch for the star (*)

make sure theres no duplicates

If there is? How do I remove them? So I can play my sounds I cleared out my mpc of no sounds so I can only have mine it seems like the internal stuff wav are still showing up as files but they dont play.

to remove the stars change one of the midi note numbers

get it so there aren't any 2 numbers the same

Ok Thanx man I figured out last night, I think another way is just simply restart and that workd for me. I have OS 2.10
