Note-off on Pads?

Bout to cop my M1K, I was **** with my boy's M1K last night and couldn't figure out how/if theres a way for the sounds to cut out when the pad is let go (a la 2500/4000).

Let me know, this is crucial on whether or not i get the 1k or 2.5k!

mode->program->when ur on the name of the sample hit WINDOW->change it right there
