Going to press my first scratch wax!

He peeps. Im going to press my first scratch vinyl next week. Any tips on how to arrange the sounds/loops ? Things that I shouldnt do? Things that I should do?
All tips are welcome!

Its only 13 bucks for 10 minutes!! They became cheaper since 1st of january. Its good wax too for scratching and they press everything thats on the cd. I dont have to worry about copywriting stuff and what not

someone know where i can find a perfect sounding AAAAHH & FRESH & OOOH YEEAAAHHH OOOOWWW (-< female making noise, you know which one im talking about) and others... the usual

Those AAAHS and FRESH you hear on skratch records are so heavily EQ'ed and compressed that if you sample your own ahhs and freshes directly from the original source, they will sound dull.

Get yourself a clean copy of SUPERSEAL for your ahhs, ah yeahs and FRESH - then go find your own sounds on top of that.

i was gona say get a clean copy of superseal and use the beepahhhfresshh from thurr. someone beat me to it

also on needle thrashers beta theres looped ahh fresshh sound at the end that are actualy layered ontop of eachother and reversed it sounds col holla if u want me to record it and post

...and compressing/putting effects the way i like it is a bad thing? nobody wants to be original anymore?

yes i do but those commercial sounds have to be on the record too

dude why the F are u gonna use AHH's when u can get them on every damn scratch 12" out there, use your own custom shiznat so u have a reason to pay for your own pressing

for years battle records have seem to been using the same damn samples, if u have one u have them all....

i got all them sounds, ill up them tonight.
