Well I just really sat down and started playing with the 3000 upgrade on my mp... I just realized that the upgrade does not load .set files like the 2.12 did, so the 3000 upgrade loads a .snd file only once... I used to save space and time by sampling a sound and editing the same sound several different ways obviously on different pads... no go on the 3000 so I have to put my other MP back together and save each pad that uses the same .snd name and name it something different... I was really hoping that the MPCEditor would help me with this but I have no idea how that thing even works yet as I installed it this morning and it appears to only load .wav & .snd files... I guess I'm asking the MPC Editor to open a .set file and then load each .snd so that I could rename them and then stick it back into the 3000...
I know this has been discussed before but I needed to write this in hopes that someone knows another option.
