For real I tried the search option BARE times, no offence, it doesn't work very well at all.
Anyway, I'm looking for some info for my brand new MPC 1000. I work on macs, i gotta ibook and G5 imac at home, both running on OS 10.4 (tiger). I've downloaded MPC pad 187 (seems like a sick program!), and I was wondering wether you guys could recommend any more 3rd party software for macs? Is there something similar where you can also edit the .wav files? or should I just stick to recycle and Pro Tools for manipulating audio?

This site is definately heavy, props to the MPC community!

One more question, any chance of creating a mac user section in the forum?

Peace

and before anyone wants to start a mac vs. PC debate, I only work with macs cos I'm training as an engineer in one of the U.K.'s top recording studios (www.sarmstudios.com), and as you all probably know, they only use macs and Pro Tools.

So please, NO BEEF ! :P

You work in a top studio yet you come here to ask what app to use for .wav editing?
I use a program called Goldwave for .wav editing.

I obviously didn't make myself clear, I was refering to any 3rd party software that has been designed specifically for the MPC, for example the MPC Pad 187. :?
