Dry storage

The unit looks like it has been exposed to quite a bit of moisture.
The main chassis appears to have surface rust present in various parts.
Of note ... rust around the main power transformer.
Zoom in on the main front panel circuit board in picture DSC01321.JPG.
Where this picture is concerned; the circuit tracks are not in great shape and are showing signs of disintegration, corrosion and break down. Not necessarily the cause of non booting but a concern over what kind of a life this machine has been through.
In picture DSC01320.JPG the secondary power supply board board fuses appear to be cloudy. They could be blown.
In picture DSC01323.JPG the "LOOSE CONNECTION" is a part of the display backlight driver circuit wiring.
If you're up to diagnosing and repairing problems this machine is having then grab a copy of the service manual from:
