I have been trying to do this for weeks. I was wondering how do I loop a sample without the pause. I know how to loop the sample in the sequence but at the end it pauses. Please help.

In my mind there are two ways that you could be 'looping' the sample. But either way you look at it, it's probably that your sequence tempo is not correct/the same as that of your loop. It's slower. Bump it up.

Change the tempo. If there is a pause, then you need to speed the tempo up a bit. If the loop overlaps, then you need to slow the tempo.

You also could stretch the sample to fit the tempo you have. I believe the new OS for the 1000 allows for timestretching. That'll change the length of a sample without changing the pitch.
