first off.............i'm a-dub, new here so i fort i'd introduce myself, wats up
secondly, i'm guessing that you get a million new users sign up and ask questions, but i can assure u i am a dedicated music maker, not jus some random who's seen a kanye beat video and decided i wanna make beats
i've been fukin with fruity loops for a good 5 years now, and jus started looping up shit on fruity..........but i'm gettin bored of computers and fruity and wanna use some hardware, i've read quite a bit bout mpc's and used a 1000 in a shop briefly.
i'm looking to spend some money on gettin a small home studio up and running, i'm lookin to buy an mpc to make beats and i want to be able to record decent sounding vocals.........
firstly which mpc would be most benficial to buy, i was thinkin the 2500, as i'm not new to beat making, but i'm far from a pro.............i was advised against buying the 4000
i am also goin to buy some sort of apple computer, altho i am still unsure which one would be beneficial to me.
i have also been advised to buy a digi002, altho i have no idea wat this does, would this benefit me in recording vocals?
with reagrds to midi keyboard which one would work best with an mpc.............or would i be best to use some sort of software with a midi keyboard and the mpc
any help would be gladly appreciated, as i have been suggested so many things i am a little in the dark
thanks again
