Tired of using headphones

Can anyone tell me the size RCA jacks plugs we need for the MPC 1000 to play through a stereo.

you need a mixer with those red an white jacks

There are not different sizes of rca cables, there are simply "rca cables". You DO NOT need a mixer to play through your stereo, you need a cable that has 1/4 inch trs plugs on one end, and rca plugs on the other end.

All you need is a regular rca cabel with both the red and white rca connectors on each in and plug it into the auxillary in on your stereo. Most modern stereos have at least one aulliary input

No you're wrong, jb502 is right.

The MPC stereo outs are 1/4" trs jacks so you need these ont the MPC side and RCAs on the stereo side

No you're wrong, jb502 is right.

The MPC stereo outs are 1/4" trs jacks so you need these ont the MPC side and RCAs on the stereo side

you can get adapters in radioshack to convert to 1/4

one of these. dont cheap out and use adapters.

yeah but either way you need the 1/4" input going into the mpc!

yes, you're correct. The only balanced connections on the mpc100 are the 1/4" jack inputs, all the rest are unbalanced except the digital connections which are, well, digital!

My bad, getting confused with the 2500

im sure i read somewhere that the 2500's main outs accept balanced jacks?.. hope so anyway.
