Word up. I do that from time to time. resample in the xpro, sample back into the mpc and chop.

I wish ensoniq fixed asrx pro os, the sound and effects are unreal compared to MPC, problem is the sequencer is butt.
My buddy has my asrx right now, all this talk makes me wanna go scope my shit up! MPC is much more user friendly but the asrx is off guys heesemon fo sho..........
So Akia add resample to 2k or **** around and get delt with.........

Not sure why I am posting as I really do not believe that Akai is focusing on an OS update for their oldest product, and not for the 4000 or 1000!

BUT...

If this were true all they would need to add are the following:

-recordable mutes
-grid edit
-1/2, 1/2(3), 1/4, and 1/4(3) time signitures
