Need Some Help`

Ive been using the mpc for a minute now and i just installed my 128mb yesterday. Shout out to sparqs for the info on that. Anyway. But i have some whack samples. All my drum samples are whack. I got some ebay sample cds and it was just like 20 whack kicks at different pitchesand so on. I dont even feel like i have a mpc because of whack samples.It seems like im on a 1991 cheesy drum machine. Hook a kid up with some tight drum samples. Anything would help, a link to a site, megaupload, anything.

the best thing you can do is buy some old records and sample your drums. works for me just fine.

the unexperienced would call most of the samples i use wack. you just need to learn how to use what you have.

there are no great samples. a sample is just a sound. experiment with layering a downpitched 909 kick underneath what you have.

get your samples right here. you could have gotten Producer Set 1 and 2 and more.
