Thinking of getting MPC 1000

Hi there.
Yer I have seen a MPC 1000 ex display full memory and one of those media cards box etc of £400

I want to get the groove of MPC but cant afford a 2000xl. just wondered what you guys thought of the MPC 1000/.

welcome to the boards. if you take the time and read through some of these threads you will see how good the 1000 is. it's a great piece of gear.
