I need to transfer sounds from an MPC 60 to a 2500. Don't ask me why, it's for a client.

I also have access to a MPC 3000 which reads MPC 60 .snd's and seq?

So i'm thinking, I could load the MPC 60 .snd's into the 3000. Re-save into the 3000 .snd format, and then load up those sounds into MPC PGM maker for mac, or MPC editor for PC. (prefer the Mac route)

Is this the best way to do it?

It's kind of urgent, but I'd appreciate any help on the topic. Thanks. :)

If you read my post you would've seen its for a client. I'm getting paid for this.

Nino304 - Just the .snds at this stage.

Depending on what OS the 60 was using when the sounds were created will determine whether u need 2 involve the 3000. If the 60 was using 3.10 OS when the sounds were created, then u can go straight 2 MPC editor. Last I heard, the mac PGM maker wasn't 2 reliable (confirm or deny). Should be rather easy. PM if u have any questions along the way.
