Thank you for sharing these tunes. now I believe you have to go back to elementary school of club music, deep house is something totally different, listen to larry heard this is what deep is all about, by the way check out deephousepage.com. why not , how old were you in 1981 ? ever been to the wharehouse, to the musicbox? Most of the tracks you quote are disco. by the way if you like "go bang" dy Dinosaur check out the rest of Arthur Russel music. Don't get upset the deep part of deephouse came much later. I am not from Chicago but I was there when it happened.

Anyway we both like the same music , I am older and straight at least when it comes to sex. Why do you guys in the US are so contempt of gay? The best clubs with the the best music, the prettiest girls and the best products are always gay clubs and believe me I have a lot of experience. My wife and I mostly go to after hours club in europe and when we go to the US we feel we are being punished. How many clubs open at 6.00 am in NY???Or Chicago? please let me know.

your talkin two different countries my man, the laws here in the us are much different then in europe plus the people over there appreciate the dance culture more then they do here, dance music is everywhere over there radio ,tv, here it's not so excepted and chicago is the birth place of house, hiphop is more the music here,
here in the bay area after 2 am every club turns gay. why? i dont know . thats just the way it is.

I am not being critical I love the US except for the nitelife (not sure about the foreign policy either , just kidding). I believe black music from jazz to disco at least prior to MTV days got a lot more respect in foreign countries than it did the US. Check records collections in Japan and in the UK. We know a lot about your music because we respect it from day 1. Ask the artists. I don't know why.

I know why the latest clubs are gay, everywhere in the world, no children at home and money to spend. I guess you are right we have not the same vision of gays and nitelife, here only rednecks are scared of gays, the rest just don't care.
