where can i get akai compatible wav files???

i've found a bunch of websites to download .wav samples but everytime i try and transfer them to the MPC it says "wrong file"? they're .wav samples from movies, tv, etc.....

are you sure they are at 16bits 44.100samples? if they are ....then it's really strange.
u could also try some samples from mpc-samples:

make a research and you'll find thousands of samples. on the internet, magazines, albums......if they are wav 16/44100 they should work.
