MPC 1000 vs. MPC 2000XL - Pro's And Con's

hi guys.. ive been searching here for quite a while and i've absorbed a lot of good info from you nice people. And i've decided to buy an mpc when i get the money. Right now my only piece of gear is an sp 303.. but it isn't enough for me anymore, im starting to grow out of it and i want something a bit more "serious". Im keeping the sp as a effect box, and it still is a great sampler but as standalone it gets a bit annoying in the long run to work with. Cut the crap... ive tried searching the forums for an answer to this question and ive read a lot of shit but i'd like to know YOUR opinions.

What do think the pro's and con's of the 1000 vs the 2000xl are?

i've decided to buy one of them but im not sure which yet...
