midi question

Ok..so I just got my mpc2kxl and I'm really loving it (for the most part). The reason i got it was cause i was sick of using a computer and Logic and all the problems that come with that. The only thing I can't figure out (ok...so it's only been 2 days) is how the hell i'm supposed to use it to sequence more than 2 other modules. I have an Opcode studio 4, which I;ve used until now and it worked fine? what the hell am I supposed to do? i read somewhere that the mpc is 'great for sequencing a whole rack'....so...how?

You can send midi data over 32 different channels (2 midi out with 16 channels per out) So in theory you could use 32 modules/synths/samplers whatever and 'daisy' chain them together in 2 groups of 16 mopdules and connect those 2 groups to the 2 midi outs of your mpc2000xl that way you can sequence 1 instrument on each of these modules at the same time as long as each of these instrumens responds to a different midi channel withing the daisy chain.

Run one module to the MPC's OUT A (1A-16A) and the other moduleto the OUT B (1B-16B) Now to select these modules on your main screen where it says drum turn it to the left until it says midi. When you see midi that means that the internal drums/samples are off as far as that track is concerned. Now looking to the right of the midi if it says off turn that to the corresponding midi channel on the module that you want to use.
And most importantly you want to start off making it a habbit of not putting more than 2 sounds or midi instruments on a track. Why should you want to mute out tracks or delete something after auditioning it, it's a lot easier to zereo in and edit your work.
